About the Course

Drawing and Painting is a Fine Arts course offered at Waipahu High School. Offering levels 1 through 4, the class builds art techniques over the course of the first year and becomes more advanced with each level, helping artists develop a sense of creativity and individual style. Although the school year (2020-2021) faced a new challenge of virtual learning due to the worldwide COVID pandemic, students were still able to create works of high aesthetic value, showcasing their natural ability along with their learned techniques.
